Site Manager
My client who is a major player within the construction industry have vacancies for 2 x Site Managers. They are seeking 2 x dedicated and experienced Site Managers to oversee their construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines. Experience in temporary work co ordination would be advantageous. Duties Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and report on status, identifying any potential issues that may arise. Manage project schedules using tools to ensure timely completion of tasks. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and maintain a safe working environment. Prepare reports on site activities, including progress updates and resource allocation. . Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among site personnel. Skills Proficiency in project management software Experience with temporary work co ordination would be ideal. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently. Strong leadership abilities to motivate team members and drive project success. Exceptional communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. A keen eye for detail to ensure that all work meets the required standards of quality.
