Estimator – Service & Maintenance

My client is a trusted provider of end‑to‑end building compliance solutions, supporting clients across the UK in delivering safe, efficient services. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to strengthen our estimating team with a skilled Estimator with strong service/reactive maintenance experience to help drive accurate, competitive, and profitable tenders.
The Role
We are looking for a detail‑driven Estimator who has hands‑on experience working within the services led sector. You will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates for planned and reactive works, compliance projects, and larger service/maintenance packages. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to prepare high‑quality tenders and quotations.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as an Estimator within the Facilities Management sector.
Strong understanding of building compliance services, FM processes, and industry standards.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and commercial awareness.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and SORs.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software/tools.
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and suppliers.
Organised, proactive, and capable of working to tight deadlines.
